The creative access web site has been designed and built to be accessible to as wide an audience as possible. Some people with disabilities find using the web difficult and we have done out best to produce a web site that can be enjoyed by the maximum amount of people irrespective of their disability or access method. That said if you do have any problems using our site, please contact us and we will do our utmost to help.
Access keys
Most modern browsers support jumping to specific links by typing keys defined on the web site. On Windows, you can press ALT + an access key; on Macintosh, you can press CTRL + an access key. The following access keys are available throughout the site:

Standards compliance
All pages in the creative access web site comply with at least priority 2 guidelines of the W3 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and the U.S. Federal Government Section 508 Guidelines. Where possible we strive for priority 3 but we realize that sometimes practical considerations have to take precedent.
All pages are creates using correctly structured semantic markup and validate as WC3 XHTML Strict.
Links
Unless the text of the link already fully describes the target, links on this web site have title attributes which describe the link in greater detail.
Whenever possible, links are written to make sense out of context. Many browsers (such as JAWS, Home Page Reader, Lynx, and Opera) can extract the list of links on a page and allow the user to browse the list, separately from the page. To aid this, link text is never duplicated; two links with the same link text always point to the same address and no links open new browser windows or documents without warning.
Visual design
This site use cascading style sheets for visual layout. If your browser or browsing device does not support style sheets at all, the content of each page will degrade gracefully will remain readable. Relative units have been used to set the size of text meaning all text can even be re-sized, even in Internet Explorer for Windows.
